At Alamo Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
